Eligibility Requirements at Rohlffs Concordia Manor

Residency basic eligibility requirements

Age Requirements:
You must be at least 55+ years of age to live in our State-sponsored apartments
You must be at least 62+ years of age to live in our Federal-sponsored apartments

Income:
To be considered for residency at Rohlffs Concordia Manor your maximum household income cannot exceed the requirements set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

  • Your income must be below:
    $34,380 per year for one person
    $39,240 per year for two people
